News12 Westchester: Local leaders are decrying a plan by the federal government to allow more commercial barges to dock on the Hudson River.

Spano is encouraging the public to sign his online petition to ban the barges. He says the group of leaders is consulting a law firm to help determine their next steps.  Read more.
