Dutchess County Legislator Joel Tyner, D-Clinton, hosted a forum on Aug. 10 in Rhinebeck to discuss the proposal to establish new anchorage sites for commercial shipping on the Hudson River.
John Lipscomb, Boat Captain of Riverkeeper, Andy Bicking, Director of Public Policy at Scenic Hudson, and Rhinecliff-based artist Carolyn Marks Blackwood gave presentations, followed by a Q-and-A with the public.
